What data is collected when you visit this website.

IP Address and Browser User Agent

Usage of this website is possible without providing personal data except for the IP address and the browser user agent. When visitors access the site, the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string are logged to help spam detection and prevent server abuse.

These data are kept for at most two weeks before being automatically deleted.

Google Analytics

If you consent to analytics, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use it to understand page usage, navigation, downloads, and successful enquiries. Google Analytics is not loaded before analytics consent.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google may process pseudonymous identifiers, technical device information, approximate location, referrer information, page URLs, and consented interaction events. We configure the shortest suitable event-data retention period and do not send form contents to analytics.

Google Tag Manager may be used to deliver Google Analytics and other consent-aware tags. Tag Manager does not change your choice: analytics and marketing storage are denied by default and the respective tags may run only after consent.

Google may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers are protected using applicable transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses where required. See Google's privacy policy.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

If you consent to marketing and the tag is enabled, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company may receive page and conversion information so that AVEQ can measure campaign performance. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. LinkedIn is not loaded before marketing consent. See LinkedIn's privacy policy.

Consent Categories

Optional services are grouped into Analytics, Marketing, and External Media. They are disabled until you consent. Necessary storage cannot be disabled because it records your privacy choice or a preference you explicitly request.

Storage Used

  • aveq_cookie_consent: records your consent categories for up to 182 days.
  • theme in local storage: records a theme choice when you use the theme selector.
  • Google Analytics may set cookies beginning with _ga after analytics consent.
  • LinkedIn may set or read marketing identifiers after marketing consent.

You can accept, reject, or select categories in the consent dialog. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Contact Forms and Newsletter

If you leave contact information with us, e.g. in order to send us a message or sign up for a newsletter, we will store your contact information in order to be able to respond to you or deal with the newsletter subscription.

Contact data that you send us via contact form or email may be processed by HubSpot Inc. ("HubSpot"). The data processing with HubSpot takes place on the basis of Art 6 paragraph 1 a) (consent) of the GDPR. For further information, see HubSpot's privacy policy.

Newsletter emails are delivered via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH). When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and name are shared with Brevo for the purpose of sending you newsletters. The data processing with Brevo takes place on the basis of Art 6 paragraph 1 a) (consent) of the GDPR. For further information, see Brevo's privacy policy. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link included in each email.

You may at any time request deletion of your contact data from us.

Third-Party Content

Embedded content and external links.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Cal.com booking dialogs and embedded YouTube videos are disabled until you consent to External Media and request the content. These providers then receive technical request data such as your IP address and browser information and may use their own storage.

The decorative flower demo video is hosted by Mozilla's MDN example service and loads from that external server when it appears on a page. The provider receives technical request data such as your IP address and browser information. This externally hosted asset is part of the requested page content rather than an optional embed.

Google reCAPTCHA

Google reCAPTCHA is loaded only when you submit a form. It helps protect the website and forms against automated abuse. Google receives technical request and risk-analysis data. The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in securing our forms. If you do not wish to use the form, you may contact us by email.

Liability

Our website contains links to the websites of third parties ("external links"). As the content of these websites is not under our control, we cannot assume any liability for such external content. In all cases, the provider of information of the linked websites is liable for the content and accuracy of the information provided. At the point in time when the links were placed, no infringements of the law were recognisable to us. As soon as an infringement of the law becomes known to us, we will immediately remove the link in question.
